Our journey began nearly a decade ago, rooted in a dream. Former professional basketball player Jobey Thomas returned to Charlotte with a vision to transition into a successful Real Estate Broker. Alongside a close friend, Jobey ventured into real estate investments, building a portfolio that laid the groundwork for what would eventually become Clockwork Realty Group. In 2022, Jobey and Jonathan Diianni, a past client, friend, and professional golfer, teamed up to fortify the company's core. Their partnership focused on crafting strong systems and processes to elevate service quality for agents and clients. This collaboration, coupled with an alliance with Compass Real Estate, expanded exposure and services for both agents and clients.

This partnership blossomed with the addition of Wes Collins, a seasoned real estate expert with a decade of experience, completing the leadership trio. Together, they have amassed nearly $300M in sales, selling over 700 units, which underscores the strong foundation of Clockwork Realty Group. Their collective aim is to serve and positively impact their community. Our team is composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, all united by a shared passion for real estate and a commitment to helping one another thrive.
